City Wide Doubles its Franchise Locations in the State of Texas

(Lenexa, KS) June 13, 2008 – As part of the Kansas City-based company’s national expansion, City Wide Franchise Company, the country’s leading sales and management company in the building maintenance industry, announces it has awarded two additional large metropolitan markets to a current franchise owner.

City Wide is proud to award the San Antonio and Austin markets to Mr. Scott Brown and his two new partners, John Suranyi and Dustin Landes. The team plans to open San Antonio immediately and have the Austin market open within 12-18 months.

Scott Brown and John Suranyi are both formerly from the telecommunications and broadcast media industries where they served together at DIRECTV. Brown was Senior VP of Field Operations while Suranyi held the position of President of Sales and Service, an operating group of DIRECTV. The third partner, Dustin Landes, worked for a regional service provider within the same industry.
