City Wide Earns Outstanding Grade from its Franchise Owners

City Wide Franchise Company, a revolutionary franchise in the building maintenance industry who uses a unique business model approach to providing multiple services to clients, has partnered with The Franchise Research Institute, a respected national independent research organization specializing in the franchise market. This partnership involves measuring the quality of the relationships between the parent company and their City Wide franchisees.

The Franchise Research Institute anonymously surveyed 100% of City Wide franchisees to inquire about their satisfaction with training, performance, communication and other important indicators that may ultimately determine the success or failure of an individual franchise location.

According to Franchise Research Institute President, Jeff Johnson, “In the course of our work, we have determined that the single differentiating factor between high performing franchise brands and mediocre or poor performing brands is the quality of the franchise relationship. No other factor comes close.”

Jeff Oddo, President of City Wide Franchise Company added, “A ‘World Class Ranking’ from our franchise owners is high praise! Each of our franchise owners was asked, ‘Knowing what I know now, and if I had to do it all over again, how likely would you be to buy this franchise?’ and 92% said yes.”
