City Wide Maintenance Selected as a Top Building Service Contractor City Wide Maintenance has been recognized by the Building Service Contracting Industry Association International (BSCAI) as a top building service contractor. City Wide was just one of 19 companies selected to receive this recognition by Services, the magazine for the building service contracting industry. BSCAI is a recognized trade association of the building service industry, representing a worldwide network of more than 2,000 member companies from across the U.S. and 30 other countries, who provide cleaning, facility maintenance and other related services to building owners and managers. City Wide Maintenance is a professional management company within the building maintenance industry offering 20+ services to its clients, including janitorial, carpet cleaning, window washing, parking lot maintenance and tenant improvements. City Wide is the “Total Solution” to its clients for building maintenance services. Says Jeff Oddo, President of City Wide, “Being recognized by BSCAI, a recognized leader in their own right, once again shows that the City Wide franchise business model concept works.” City Wide Maintenance was founded in Kansas City, MO by Frank Oddo in 1959 and is now a national organization with multiple locations. Current President, Jeff Oddo, second generation owner of the family business, began franchising the company’s business model in 2001. The City Wide Franchise Company has locations throughout the U.S. and still has large exclusive major market territories available for purchase.
