City Wide Franchise Company has earned a spot on the Annual Franchise 50 Award List administered by Franchise Business Review and to make it all the more sweet, it was the franchise owners who voted them to such an honor.

Franchise Business Review (FBR) is a national franchise research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and franchise buyer experiences. The “Franchise 50” is an annual rating of the top franchise companies based on the highest level of overall franchisee satisfaction by participating companies. The industry-wide survey is open to all North American franchise companies and is widely viewed as the most comprehensive study of franchise owner satisfaction. Franchise Business Review asked franchise owners more than 40 questions pertaining to training, support, system communications, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, market demographics, business lifestyle and overall satisfaction with the business. This year FBR received 818,294 survey responses from franchisees in more than 300 different franchises across the country.
